Do you work with all types of lasers?

Yes. We support all major wavelengths you will see in the laser engraving industries —including CO₂, fiber, YAG, diode, green, UV, picosecond, and femtosecond lasers—in both gantry and galvo configurations. If your system produces light and marks a material, we can help you understand how to use it effectively.

What experience do your consultants have?

You’ll work directly with experts who have approximately three decades of hands‑on experience across hobby, small business, and industrial environments. We’ve trained hundreds of users, tested hundreds of materials, and fixed thousands of files to get the desired results.

What can you help me with during a session?

We can assist with machine workspace necessities, material troubleshooting, settings optimization, workflow improvements, file preparation, CorelDRAW support, galvo‑style software concepts, and general laser behavior. Whether you’re stuck on a specific problem or building long‑term capability, we tailor the session to your goals.

What can’t you help with?

We don’t provide training for software or hardware we don’t use, or proprietary workflows we’ve never worked with. If your question requires software‑specific instruction outside our expertise—or if your laser system has a hardware fault—we’ll clarify what guidance is possible before the session begins.

Do you offer help for complete beginners?

Absolutely. Many clients are brand‑new to lasers. We specialize in breaking down complex concepts into clear, beginner‑friendly steps so you can learn safely and confidently.

Can you help with industrial or production‑level workflows?

Yes. We regularly support manufacturers, job shops, and production teams with advanced materials, throughput optimization, quality control, and process troubleshooting.

Do you support CorelDRAW?

Yes. CorelDRAW is fully supported, including file prep, vector cleanup, bitmap optimization, and workflow troubleshooting for laser applications.

Do you support LightBurn, EZCAD, or other galvo software?

We can help with most galvo‑style concepts—such as marking parameters, hatch strategies, power/speed/frequency relationships, and how to diagnose laser behavior—but we don’t provide full software training for programs we don’t actively use. If you’re working in LightBurn, EZCAD, or another platform, you’ll operate your own software while we guide you on what to adjust and why it matters. Our role is to help you understand the process and the settings; your role is to apply those changes within your software.

How do I schedule a session?

All sessions are booked instantly through our automated scheduling system. You choose your level, pick a time, and receive confirmation immediately—no back‑and‑forth emails.

Can I schedule your team for an on-site visit?

Not currently – all sessions are remote

Will I learn how to maintain my laser?

Yes — we cover cleaning, lens care, and simple troubleshooting to keep your machine running smoothly.

Can I bring my own project idea?

Absolutely. We encourage you to bring a project so we can tailor the training to your goals.

Are sessions recorded?

Not by default. If you want to record your session for personal reference, you’re welcome to do so on your end.

Do you offer refunds?

Because each consulting level includes dedicated expert time and review, all purchases are final. This policy ensures fairness and protects the time allocated for every client.

Can I upgrade to a higher consulting level later?

Yes. Many clients start with a quick session and move into deeper training as their needs grow. You can book any level at any time.

Can I send photos, files, or videos before the session?

Yes. Depending on the consulting level you choose, you can upload files, photos, or videos so we can review your setup or issue before the session begins.
